Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). Member of the Board of Directors of the Environmental Law Section (2019-2022), and member of the Administrative Law Section. Master’s Degree in Tax Law and Tax Consultancy (CEREM – 1991).

With almost 30 years of experience dedicated to Administrative and Environmental Law, he has extensive experience in providing ongoing guidance to various fields of industry regarding their daily management of environmental matters and industrial safety. He possesses in-depth knowledge of companies operating in the chemical industry under integrated environmental authorizations or licenses.

He has an extensive professional track record in the Water Administration of Catalonia, first as a lawyer of the former Sanitation Board, and later as head of its legal advice unit (1992-1999) and as head of the legal advice unit of the Catalan Water Agency (1999-2001). In 2001 he joined MENÉNDEZ & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS.

He has taught a great many courses related to administrative law and environmental law at universities, public administrations and the ICAB itself, where he served on the Board of Directors of the Environmental Law Section from 2002 to 2006 and from 2019 to 2022.
