MENÉNDEZ & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS is a law firm that opened in 1996, with headquarters in Barcelona, which works in administrative, environmental and land use law.

Our clients are private companies and public authorities (including regional and local public enterprises) to which we offer legal advice services. These consist of issuing opinions and reports, drafting contracts and agreements, monitoring public authority procedures, including internal reviews, appeals to the administrative law courts and handling criminal proceedings for environmental offences. In addition, we also draw up draft regulations (laws, decrees and local by-laws) for public authorities.

The main sectors in which our clients operate are water supply and sanitation, renewable energies, including both production and distribution of electric power, waste management, mining, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, the construction of public works and also retail facilities.

Given our speciality, we are used to working with interdisciplinary teams (made up of engineers, architects, biologists, economists, etc.) and coordinating their actions.
